Before you chase the goal, there's something you need to do first.

My Story

I spent decades chasing goals I thought I wanted.

In my financial marketing career, we ran something called the 90-day Mad Men (Marketing) Cycle. You'd go all-in for 90 days, chasing success. The problem was, when we started, we didn't know what we were actually trying to achieve. Not really. We were told the target, but we didn't understand the why behind it.

I hit the goals. I exceeded them. I built a team, won awards, checked every box they put in front of me.

And I still didn't understand why I did any of it.

That gap — between achievement and understanding — is the most expensive thing in your life. It costs you time, energy, and something harder to name: the feeling that you're living someone else's definition of success.

I struggled with that for years. Decades, honestly.

So I did the hard work. The personal, deep-down, face-the-monsters-in-the-closet kind of work. And what came out of it is a process. Seven steps. I call it Project Seven.

Who It's For?

  • If you've ever hit a goal and thought, "Is this it?" — this is for you.

  • If you're about to start something new and you're not sure you're pointed in the right direction — this is for you.

  • If you've been chasing something for years and can't figure out why it still feels out of reach — this is for you.

Project Seven is not a goal-setting system. It's not a planner. It's not a motivational framework.

It's something you do before any of that.

Seven steps. Completed before you start chasing anything. By the time you finish, you don't just have a goal. You have certainty. And certainty changes everything about how you show up.

I can't explain it all here. That's intentional. Some things you have to see for yourself.
